• Must bring insurance cards and ID
• Provider will bill insurance
• Flu, Covid, and RSV (RSV for ages 75+ only)
• Wear clothing that gives easy access to upper arm.
  

Note: If insurance does not cover vaccines, individuals are responsible for full cost
