AgeWise is Aging Together’s monthly eBlast bulletin published 12 times per year. Each highlights a topic of interest for older adults. AgeWise currently is distributed to over 2500 recipients.

Dementia Friends sessions are held 3 (or more) times per year. They are one-hour Zoom sessions for individuals who want to learn more about recognizing symptoms of dementia and helping those they may encounter who manifest those signs.

The Tuesday Noontime Series offers at least 4 educational programs per year, on a variety of subjects. They are one-hour Zoom sessions.

The 5 Over 50 Celebration honors one person over age 50 from each of our region’s counties (Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange & Rappahannock). A feature film done in advance highlights the positive ways each honoree has made their community a better place.

​Four watch parties/receptions are planned around the region to include wine and light hors-d’ouevres.

The Art of Aging Lifestyle & Wellness Expos offer a venue where older adults can find a wide collection of resources for older adults and caregivers, all gathered in one space. The
​Expos occur in the fall and there are 2-3 at different locations around the region so that they are more broadly accessible. 
(Each Expo is different!)

The Annual Dementia Education Conference supports family and professional caregivers of those living with dementia. This is a full-day event that includes breakfast and lunch,
and and an agenda of highly
​knowledgeable speakers. ​

Sponsorships help underwrite fees associated with the conference, paid recording of the event, and scholarships for those unable to pay the minimal registration cost.
