Your business not only aligns itself with a meaningful cause that serves 5 counties, but also gains valuable exposure and community goodwill. Our sponsorship schedule for the year offers a range of opportunities, allowing you to choose a level of involvement that best suits your business objectives and your budget. Some of the benefits of sponsoring Aging Together include the following. 

Brand Visibility:
• Showcase your commitment to older adults, social responsibility, and community by being seen through Aging Together's social media platforms, with a viral reach that annually includes 50,000+ social media accounts (and that number keeps growing).
• Expo sponsorship means outreach to all our audiences, plus direct connection with attendees whose total numbers traditionally reach over 800, and which also includes a live radio broadcast.
• Resource Guide print sponsorship – Since the 1st printing of the Regional Resource Guide for Older Adults in 2021, three editions and 19,000 copies have been printed and handed out throughout our 5-county region. A second printing of the 3rd edition is planned for late 2025/early 2026.
• Your logo on Aging Together's website is visible to over 11,000 unique visitors annually (and that number keeps growing).
• Aging Together's monthly topics and info bulletin (AgeWise) currently reaches over 2700 email viewers and in 20254 a USPS mail bulletin will be sent at least twice to over 900 current subscribers (and that number keeps growing). 

Sponsor logos are included on flyers and other hard-copy outreach materials that are dispersed widely around the region:

• Information about Aging Together's events and programs circulated at dozens of health and community fairs during the year
• Information about Aging Together's event and programs circulated through digital displays throughout the region
• Information about Aging Together's events and programs circulated through libraries, churches, Social Services, hospitals, chambers, etc., and through other partner organizations. 

Networking Opportunities:
Connect with older adults and like-minded organizations in the community who may be interested in what your business has to offer!    

Public Recognition: 
Be officially acknowledged at our community events like the 5 Over 50 celebration (which is also broadcast in Culpeper through local television media), at our public Art of Aging Expos in two counties, acknowledgment at the start of sponsored Zoom programs, on our website, and through our social media channels, as well as having your logo/ branding on our promotional materials for pertinent events and initiatives you sponsor.

Dementia Friends sessions are held 4 (or more) times per year. They are one-hour Zoom sessions for individuals who want to learn more about recognizing symptoms of dementia and helping those they may encounter who manifest those signs.

The Annual Dementia Education Conference supports family and professional caregivers of those living with dementia. This is a full-day event that includes breakfast and lunch,
and and an agenda of highly
​knowledgeable speakers. ​

Sponsorships help underwrite fees associated with the conference, paid recording of the event, and scholarships for those unable to pay the minimal registration cost.
