Encompass Community Supports/ECS (formerly Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services/RRCS) maintains a list of independent in-home care providers who work in our 5-county region. These people are not employees of ECS but are self employed. To be included in the registry ECS has prerequisites such as giving 3 references.
