Aging Together Regional Coalition

The Regional Coalition is a networking group of various organizations that meets monthly, virtually on ZOOM. Speakers provide pertinent information on local resources and programs. Participants provide updates on their work, upcoming programs, services and more that are pertinent to the older adult community.

county teams

There are five County Teams, one for each of the counties in the region Aging Together serves. These Teams are made up of volunteers consisting of older adults, caregivers, professionals, first responders, faith based leaders, and others.  County Teams meet monthly to discuss issues relevant to the specific county and to brainstorm solutions.

The Senior Services Collaborative

The Senior Services Collaborative (SSC), facilitated by Aging Together, was designed to help community organizations focus and align their efforts to optimize senior services and supports in the area that represents the PATH Foundation footprint – Culpeper, Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties. Through quarterly meetings and workgroups community agencies hear from local experts about housing, transportation, access to food, social isolation and other issues facing older adults and then respond with innovative solutions.
