A free program for people with Alzheimer’s & dementia
Helps family caregivers answer the question—
”What can we do at home all day?”
The Connections program offers 8 weeks of in-home
training and support for caregivers of people with
Alzheimer’s or dementia. Caregivers learn how to set up
meaningful activities for their loved one.
This free program is available to caregiving families of
people with Alzheimer’s or dementia in the counties
of Culpeper, Fauquier, Orange, Madison, and Rappahannock.

The Connections program is being conducted in partnership with Aging Together, Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board and Area Agency on Aging, and the Alzheimer’s Association Central & Western Virginia Chapter, and Virginia Department for the Aging.
